Part Time Job Application (Freelance UI/UX)

We are looking for a full-time UI/UX Designer to ensure that all elements of the online user experience for our web and mobile applications are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design.

Job Description

• Designing user interface and user experience for custom made web and mobile applications

• Conduct ongoing user research and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior

• Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with the product managers, branding and marketing teams, and internal designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user

• Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes

• Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, widgets and more for our digital assets in compliance with branding guidelines

• Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages

• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, icons, sketches and tables) • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)

• Conducting UX measurement, usability test and user research as needed

• Initiating UX/UI improvement efforts backed by UX analysis and feedback

• Establish, apply and improve UI/UX standard and best practices

• Conduct discussions and present on UI/UX related work and topics

• Passion for delivering adaptive and creative solutions to UI/UX design problems by staying up to date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface technology Requirements

• Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Figma and Adobe XD) • Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

• Experience in Web App and Mobile App Layout Design

• A team player but can work independently too

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present their designs

• Detail-oriented, customer-centered

• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

• At least 2 years of working experience in UI/UX design

• We are also open to fresh graduates that have the above competencies

• Added advantage: Candidate possesses a Diploma or higher accreditation

• Added advantage: Knowledge in CSS, HTML and JavaScript or equivalent
