Requirements
- Diploma in Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Preferable 2 years working experience in related industry. (Hotel / Café /Food industry)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word & excel or similar software.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Able to work in a team and hardworking.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Extensive experience in demonstrating leadership skills.
- Ability to maintain a positive work environment.
- Ability to work both on weekdays and on weekends.
- Strong organization and analytical skills.
- Customer-oriented individual and an outstanding problem-solver.
- Good time management skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to the customers.
- Attend to inquiries or feedback from the customers.
- Adhere with the Company Standard Operating Procedures.
- Planning and delegating work duties to the staff and ensuring that they work according to the compliance of the café business.
- Overseeing the staff for the smooth running of the café.
- Training new employees as per their abilities and skills.
- Maintaining a strong relationship with suppliers and vendors.
- Inspecting the food and beverage stock level and restock them in a timely manner.
- Conducting inspections of the cafe and ensuring proper hygiene is maintained.
- Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction with all the services provided to them.
- Preparing daily reports and presenting them to the higher management.
- Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and other Cafe essentials are adequately stocked.
