Some where positive emotions do bring a lot of changes in self. I don’t know how many of you have experienced that level of well being but I have observed a huge change in my mental health by changing my negative emotions to positive.
Positive emotions do rejuvenate our souls to the core . Human tendency , irrespective of any situation they are in, is to be critical first and also based on past learning and experience it moves to judgement , analysis , negativity , etc. etc. What I also propose is that , to practice what has happened good in that situation . And instead of thinking the bad or the worst thing let us explore “what could have been better in the whole scenario”. We do a lot of brain storming uselessly without understanding the reason if its required or not .
Negative emotions do raise a sense of failure in us , which steadily do create a doubt in self thus resulting a lack in self confidence. Usually , when such experiences occur since childhood , the negative emotions start ruling your life .Since a kid , if an individual have always been judged and compared and not appreciated then the possibility of Mental Wellness is a challenge .
How do you transform ?
- Learn to accept that you can commit a mistake
- Give yourself some space to celebrate your success
- Be among positive souls who are not going to judge you on any ground
- Get those people with you who can give you a reality check about you honestly
- Work on HABITS — it plays a huge role
- Stop using OTHERS to get advantage for yourself
- Step outside without PURPOSE and meet people — this cures a lot
- Have some “MUST HAVE “ time for yourself to look into your deeds which make you happy and those saddens you and why
- Search your “HAPPY MOMENTS” and try to relive in them
- If you consciously feel that through you some harm has happened to some one then feel it to ask for a SORRY
All of us have various means to help ourselves , but moreover we are more keen to peep into others . It is always important to evaluate yourself , assess the gaps and work on them before we set out to see a CHANGE . Its always FIRST to PURSUE than PURSUING others as its you who have to set an EXAMPLE for others to FOLLOW .
